Where does US Botox Fillers ship?
USBotoxFillers ships to many countries worldwide, including those outside of Europe and Canada. Every order is sent from Europe. It is totally your obligation to import and comply with local laws and regulatory agencies.
How much does shipping cost?
All orders over €500 qualify for free shipping. Any order under €500 will have a minimum shipping fee of €40. Depending on the country or region where our clients are located, some exceptions may apply. If you have any concerns, please contact our customer support staff.
Which shipping company does USBotoxFillers use?
It may differ depending on the shipping services available in your area. Once we have completed your order, we will notify you of the tracking number and shipment method.
When will my order arrive?
Please be aware that shipping may be delayed due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Once an order is processed, the product will be dispatched within 24 hours (Monday to Friday, except for public holidays). The shipping typically takes 7 to 10 business days on average. In the unlikely event that stock is not immediately available, you will be notified when the order is due to be sent. However, transportation times may vary depending on region. It is recommended that you contact our helpful customer support team to determine how long it will take for your order to arrive.
RETURN POLICY
If you have any problems with your order, please contact USBotoxFillers very away. Our customer care representatives will investigate whether your order is eligible for a refund. Refunds are at the sole discretion of USBotoxFillers, and we cannot promise that we will provide a refund in all cases.
Which orders may qualify for a refund?
In the odd event that you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact USBotoxFillers. We will only provide refunds if we misrepresented the product packaging to you when you placed your order; if you received a damaged box; or if the product is found to be inactive when you first use it.
In all of these instances, you should keep the merchandise until additional instructions from USBotoxFillers arrive. If we determine that you are entitled to a refund, you may request a replacement or a full refund or account credit for that item.
What information do I need to return a product?
Product refunds are not accepted by USBotoxFillers. Please do not hesitate to contact customer care for assistance. If you utilised the medical device and discovered it to be defective, keep the lot number and expiry date information in the client’s file.
How do I get a refund?
Depending on the circumstances, you may be eligible to request a return under our instructions. You have the option of having us send a replacement to the same delivery address as the original or receiving a full refund or account credit for that item. This account credit can be used to purchase the same or a different product in the future.
Please keep in mind that any product faults or difficulties must be reported within 6 months of purchase to receive a replacement or refund. We will not replace or refund any things that have issues that come to our attention after this period has ended.
Will I always qualify for a refund?
